Apex Climbing Gym has migrated customer database systems as of May 20, 2024 and with the new system you, the customer, are much more in control of your personal information as well as your membership status. These accounts are for anyone who has filled out a waiver at Apex Climbing, not just members.

To access your new account, go to the Apex Climbing Capitan Climber app website and enter the email address that you used for your account with Apex Climbing, then click "Reset it here." as part of "Forgot your password? ..." [If you don’t know the email you used, send us an email at info@apexclimbinggym.com and we’ll help you out as quickly as we can!] This will send you an email with a link to reset the password (since you don't actually have one yet, you have to do this reset). Go to the link provided and enter your new password & then you use that to login to your Apex Climbing customer account. From there, you can see your status (membership, punch passes, etc), freeze / terminate / change your membership, as well as buy / extend memberships.

NOTE: We are still porting customer special types, so those might not show up yet; these provide automatic discounts on various products. If you go to Your Account and try to purchase something and the price doesn’t match your special status, then cancel out of the purchase & instead come in to Apex and work with our desk staff for the purchase since they can easily add special status discounts.
